How far does we do ship?
We currently ship to all U.S. contiguous states. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. We are working on expanding our shipping outside the U.S.

Ok, so you’ve placed your order and you are anxiously waiting…
After your order is placed you will receive an email confirming your order —it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping information is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on their way to you.

Orders can take up to 2 business days to be fulfilled and shipped out to you. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a heads up email with your tracking information.

Our Return Policy
We know that sometimes things don’t always work out the way you expect and we get that. If you have a concern or problem with an order please reach out to help@skinlumiology.com within 7 days of receiving your goodies. Unopened products can be returned* or exchanged.

Due to the nature of medical grade skincare all sales are final.

All questions and order inquiries will be responded to in a timely manner. Please allow additional time for weekends, US Holidays and inclement weather.

*If there is a packaging defect will can exchange for the same product. In the case of an allergic reaction, please photograph the reaction and send to help@skinlumiology.com. From there our Medical Estheticians and recommend a different regimen.
